If I put up a single giveaway for several copies of one game, once all the winners have confirmed, I will earn CV equal to the total collective value of all that I gave away, right? Or, do I have to gift separately to get CV for each?

It would equal the collective value, yes, provided it's not a bundle game that would cap at a certain point
