I've got a few wins I've not yet gotten to play, like Neon White, HELLDIVERS™ Dive Harder Edition and TUNIC. But I've gotten games I expected less from and by my surprise, had the most fun.
The games with least expectation and most fun was: The Beast Inside, Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair, Figment, Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth, NBA Playgrounds and Arise: A Simple Story. This website introduced me to titles I'd never knew I'd enjoy.

yeah, i love it! got ~200h of playtime, I've unlocked all achivements, killed all bosses... and now I cannot wait for the DLC.
other game that I won here long time ago and I love is Hollow Knight, it was before it was bundled so I consider it as a "big" win also

Very tough choice, but off the top of my head I´d say:
Thanks for Skyrim
The Wolf Among Us
Celeste
Stray
Spider Man: Miles Morales (havent played it yet, but already makes me happy ^^)
I love this community and I hope I was able to give lots of joy back over the years 💗

Recency bias. Going with the one I'm currently playing: Chained Echoes.

Same pinch
Really nice game, I went in blind and had initially underestimated it cz pixel game and turn based. Man! was I proved wrong.

Ori and the blind forest
Rise of the tomb raider
Payday 2
Those last two I wouldn’t have gotten on my own and ended up sinking far too many hours into
Edit: looking through my wins, I’ve been far less involved in the past few years. Most of my wins are 5+ years ago

I only enter for games I'm Interested in and will play some day and I'm grateful for every one of them that I got from here.
with that being said, two that made me the happies i think are Graveyard Keeper AND Katana ZERO which was my first ever win, I remember creating my account and being new to this amazing site and grinding my way to 7(?) games so I can join unlucky7 and get a chance to enter for that specific game lol. Man.

Lacuna. I tried a lot till I won it and I absolutely loved it. Is one of my fav games, and I have it 100% completed.

Joined in 2014 to give some games away and i have not really won anything great and it is mostly DLC or games i had on disc but wanted on steam,
I guess what i've had the most fun with has to be Generation zero. Not the best game out there but it was rather fun! Sadly i had some issues when playing with friends so i did 100% it solo pretty much.
Edit: I only enter things on my WL.

I would say my second win actually, which was Mark of the Ninja. Really got me into stealth games which is my favorite genre now. There's many others I appreciate too though and still need to catch up on playing many. I mark all my games on Steam to help remind me of these games.
I hope some of my giveaways also did the same for others.

Out of the ones I've gotten had the most fun with Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition but Dishonored is one i end up replaying a lot. Someone also gifted me UnMetal from one of the "game you have been trying to get from steamgifts" threads , had a lot of fun as well.
Good memories.

The best game was the friends we made along the way

In no particular order
Titan Quest Anniversary Edition: 100+ hours in that.
The Last Remnant: 70+ hours (unlisted)
Sable: so beautiful I kept exploring and climbing stuff instead of actually playing the game, doubling HLTB time
Heaven's Vault: amazing lore that made me totally forgive some annoyances
Chroma Squad: best Power Rangers parody with a soul and great soundtrack
The LEGO Movie: nostalgia overload
Backfirewall_: an immersive (at least for me) narrated puzzle adventure
I have a few unplayed titles that I'm anticipating, but I can't judge if I'll enjoy them until I play them.
