Sorry guys if that was discussed already, fast searching thru forum didnt give me answer.
Today i saw that my CV level dropped a lot, so i checked RealCV and saw this
Planetary Annihilation (1 Copy) (0$ Total) (Private giveaway)
So removed games count as 0$? Also i cant create any giveaway for removed game from my inventory. Is that a bug or a feature?

Just a bug. A while ago there was this glitch around that made every game impossible to buy, returning 0$ value for them. If it's the same one, things should be back to normal in a few hours.

Also i cant create giveaway for Starvoid for example or any other removed game.
Planetary Annihilation was purchase disabled couple of days ago, being superseeded by Titans expansion.

If that's so, then it's an unusual case. Usually when game stops being sold, the store page is removed outright, like old versions of Metro games. Hopefully they will answer to TempeteJoachim's support ticket.

the reason you cannot give away Starvoid is not becaouse it got removed from Store. It's because it was avaiable for free in a big promo and games avaiable for free gets removed from GA list to prevent exploitation. Usually removed games get manually readded to Ga list and same will go for Planetary Annihilation I guess. IDK how you checked that you cannot create GAs for "Any other removed game" - but check again. For example Prince Caspian, 007 Legends or SAW are avaiable for GA while removed from store.

How many years ago it was? i dont remember when it was free. It was just 2 copies for a price of one.
Can you create giveaway for mafia/are you smarter then a 5 grader/Dirt 2/Dirt 3 etc? But theres still entry for Avatar. Whats the difference?

and as mentioned - GAs get readded if there's a request for that. Noone wanted to give / requested to give Avatar or the others so noone added them.

I guess code checks the price of games and if not found = counts as $0.

It's a bug, it happens every time a game is removed or disabled for purchase, since the value is automatically fetched form the Steam API.
I already made a ticket about Planetary Annihilation to ask to manually set it to the last known price (which was $30 I think)

For games that are removed, you can create a ticket in the "Add game to the giveaway list" category.

Do you think thats bad? That someone able to get a game no longer available to buy, i would happy to have such giveaways.

if anyone cares so much about cv, it would be a better deal to trade those removed-from-store games for +/-40 tf2 keys and buy stuff to give away :3

what i meant was that those removed games are far more valuable if traded for tf2 keys, then used to buy other games (cv-wise it's a more effective way to increase levels here).

Well it can be done like this, but i prefer to make someone happy for free. Or maybe someone make me happy.
