[Question] New method to purchase 4-packs as gifts?

Wanted to know if anyone has a method or trick to purchasing 4-packs as gifts for games you already own.

I've tried opening two windows and adding a game and removing it from the cart during checkout but it just errors out.

I understand you wouldn't be able to do anything with it until you sent it to someone else who doesn't own it to open the 4-pack (adding one to their library) but I want to purchase more for my friends.
