Seems like that indie devs/companies want a tasty cut from resellers. But strangely they don't have "balls" to jump on Ebay as a target.

OP, why you not read or give link to all twitter on devolver ? if you just read or copy paste one tweet it will create confusing but lets take a look at another tweets :

its not about reselling, its about user complaints that they didn't get key from games they bought on G2A. so the argument about ebay, steamtrade is not relevant.

I never liked G2A... or any CD key reseller.

I only buy AAA titles on G2A. They're so much cheaper than Steam. But for bundle and indie games, skip G2A.

Wait, did G2A use a key generator or something?
As long as the goods are not stolen, reselling is 100% legal, no matter how they spin it, as long as there are no signed physical papers/contracts.
Its called "trade" for a reason.

Except it breaks Humble's ToS.

Not just Humble. Pretty much all distributors (bundles or stores) have it in their TOS that it is for personal use, and not to be used for commercial reasons.

The hilarious thing is that so does G2A. Their own TOS includes the very thing that they're abusing.

Reselling the bundle keys for profit is definitely bad, though I think pretty common. I personally know about couple of local sites that do this, though being focused on our small market, definitely in much smaller numbers.

Anyway reading through the discussion I know one thing for sure. I do not like OP's attitude, something is seriously messed up in this person's head.

My assuming that there is something wrong with your head is based on your need to insult everyone who does not agree with you.

It's just a key reseller afraid for the extinction of his trade. Any blacksmith would react the same if all the world's iron were about to disappear. Don't mind him too much.

yeah and he afraid for nothing because he cannot read the entire problems on whole just make one assumption based on one tweet .. since the first time devolver never had a problem with reseller, and this is obvious if op read the entire tweets not just one tweet ..

in his afraid he try to make people think bad of develvor like develvor want some cuts, doesn't allow reseller etc , but in fact reseller is not the main problems why develvor post the tweets ..

Perhaps you should consider why everyone dislikes you here.
