Thats odd...I had atleast one different.
clan5 popped for me already at the top...was going first row from left to right and 2nd back from right to left when it hit around the vertical word "eintracht" (which is a german word and football club)

I think it is an "at the event" quest, because the description says: Find them scattered all across the fair and complete their challenges for exclusive rewards!
The "south entrance" of the fair is the arrival by train entrance.
I looked through the pages of the arrival faq and stuff, but found nothing.
Nothing on the New World website/media either.

Seems like it.
Probably their way to counter the previous reveal of earlier link for MHN Quest.

But yep, it's "At the event" type quest.
Although the steps to unlock them are all visit link as other quests.

Yep, here they are. I'm trying to exchange for the remaining ones, at least one for several, but I don't believe that I will succeed :) Five cards from the booster and one with Siegismund, which almost everyone is looking for. If something is needed, we can trade, at this point I don't care which ones are the same in my inventory to catch the rest.

You're welcome! Hmm... better if you save your cards, since you need them to unlock more rewards.
Mostly are just raffles for certain Games or Merchs.
But getting unique cards isn't that easy so better just trade your duplicated ones.
