Problem is: you can check all available languages AFTER you activated key.
I contacted EA support (US and my country) the don't care. EA statment: they don't change game version, please contact your seller.
So I contacted GAME and two days later no answer.

I got the info about the language after I entered the key but before the key is redeemed. It says "Confirm Product" and if you don't click next then the key won't be redeemed

I confirmed because DAI and many others games has only Polish subtitles (as option eg. new Deus Ex, game start with full English but I can change text to Polish). How customer has to know before activation that they are not there?
This is EA fault. We all bought international version. For me: international = all languages available.

Their support is very bad. I already contacted them. Only thing they did - post links to game forums where are info how to fix problem. Sadly none of their suggestions worked, so I did some research. Found an outdated guide in youtube. Solution was hidden in comment section.

They had a problem, they solved it. That's professional.

I feel weird having 2 copies of the game in the library. Does anyone know if the versions merge the languages? With the Rus/Pol version, you could choose which language to install. Know it doesn't show it, just the content to download. Maybe downloads all the languages, which is good, as it should be.

maybe try with UK VPN? When I bought it days ago, I didn't needed VPN. Maybe they restricted to UK only because people from other countries were buying them. I'm from Argentina. This is just a theory.
