I know this is really bad situation, maybe it will change you, so you will try to do anything for your own health to be even better.
Maybe you will see, that life and health is quite fragile, so you will enjoy more to be with your familly and also to enjoy life.
At 24 yo. you are still young and you will of course find good job and good friends in the future.

After your dad wakes up, it would be nice to give him positive news like that you found new job ! :-)

Wow... I mean, shit, I don't know what to say OP. Sounds like you're dealing with a lots of stuff right now. Stay strong. I won't wish you a happy birthday since this is already done and gone, but I will wish you a good future. Nobody knows what the future will bring, but wishing for a better one gives us hope.

Look Im bad at cheering people up, about stuff like that... But, there's this one thing that got my eye... What do you mean you didnt accomplish anything? Didn't you age well? Didnt you become a proper person and not a piece of trash driving expensive cars with huge speed drunk, drugged without a license? Are you a thief? A killer? A politicion? A banker? No you aint any of that... Even with the lack of money and all the BS happening, you grew up a fine lad and still care for others, that's an accomplishment little people can stand up proudly and claim they have... A job is a job... Unfair and pretty trashy... Hard to find and when you do you wanna kill yourself, so that aint no accomplishment. Winning medals? That aint something that makes you a better person. Been rich neither... Been good with a heart does.

So to cheer you up, your birthday wasnt all that horrible, sure you didnt have money... sure your dad has health issues now and stuff, sure you didnt have friends... But yet you still gained one more year of life been a the better person. That's an achievement and a reason to feel good and that your birthday wasnt complete hell enough... So happy aging day, with a delay. Have a nice life and avoid become that bad type of person I discribed earlier. Kapy out.
