Is there a faster way to create GAs for closed groups?

I always found it too laborious to create GAs for a bunch of closed groups. I have more than 100 keys from different games and I want to create GAs for an specif set of groups but to do it so I need to do every game one by one selecting all the groups every time. I was wondering if there is a faster way to do it.
