That SGTools requirements and rules really do work to weed out certain winners and give a higher chance to others to win ones giveaways.
With certain winners I mean some that I have had during more than 400 public giveaways I did for example with VAC/Game or Trade bans, with ratio's in the 200/5 and 100/1 range, with all or nearly all region restricted giveaways,...

Failed only in test 5. With region rules I don't even know how I passed the others.

Test 5 was more of a placebo, I mean with harder settings, I past the group requirement with only 0.05 to spare. So that's why I'm thinking more towards a combination of test 2, 3 and 4.
Also the region requirement between test 4 (50%) and test 5 [75%) was quit significant.

I’m tinkering with SGTools requirements and I have lined up some experimental SGTools giveaways here.
