Some Random Guy Added Me And Thought Me Winning Was Fishy.

So I got a random friends request from a guy after I had one "Pacific Storm". He told me that me winning seems fishy since I had 23 entries and won 1 and the fact that I signed up a couple days previous. I don't know what this guy wanted but here is the whole Steam conversation:
