Truth is almost anything can be RPG. Third-Person-RPG, FPS-RPG, MMO-RPG, Horror-RPG, Sports-RPG, heck even in Visual Novels can be RPG. So just like the poll above, RPG FTW.

A horror rpg would be nice, huh? Though I don't think the "horror" effect would last long, it would still be nice to have a weary rpg.

Isn't Resident Evil series Horror RPG? I think it is.

Of course not! The Resident Evil series has gone through a lot of transformations, but one thing it never became is an rpg. Maybe the most similar thing would be the mercenaries mode from Revelations, but I never played that, I only read about it.

I would say it's multiple genres of games\multiple poll answers but I like fps games a lot.

I like a lot of genre but my favorites may be:
RPG like Baldur's Gate :)
Metroidvania like Valdis Story: Abyssal City

Little mistake in your poll: I love Ittle Dew too but it's NOT a RPG, it's a puzzle game.

I was about to post that same thing. It seems rather disingenuous to lump Ittle Dew with RPGs and leave Action-Adventure games like Legend of Zelda out entirely, but then give something like "adult games" its own category.

Strategy, 4X, turn-based. After those probably RPG.
Not sure how you missed the entire strategy genre... you even included clickers.

My favourite type of game is one I can play with my kids. Otherwise I just don't get to play much. Yesterday I played a bit of Octodad.

PvE Co-op games like Left 4 Dead, Killing Floor, Warframe, etc. Players in a group of 4 to 6 fight against AI enemies.

A-RPGs are my favorite genre and rogue-like/lites are my least favorite genre. It kind of correlates actually.

My favorite is RPGs, but I'm really amused by the two examples you listed for it.

Ittle Dew and Epic Battle Fantasy? Not The Witcher, or Mass Effect, or Dragon Age, or Planescape Torment, or Pillars of Eternity, or Deus Ex, or Divinity, or Skyrim, or Fallout, or Final Fantasy, or Nier, or Dark Souls, or Undertale?

Let me guess, you're not an RPG fan, are you? ;)

But I also love FPS, point & click adventure, action adventure, and like RTS, strategy, racing, and beat-em-ups. The only ones I don't like are clicker, most horror, most sport, and MMO.

Many types of puzzle games - The Talos Principle, Portal, The Witness, Stephen's Saussage Roll, Divide By Sheep, Hitman GO, all Zachtronics games, The Bridge, The Turing Test, Chromagun, Antichamber, The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom...

Indie games (action, puzzle-platformers, co-op) - Ori and the Blind Forest, Cuphead, Kalimba, Blitz Breaker, Super Meat Boy, Hollow Knight, Battleblock Theater, Overcooked, Dustforce, FEZ, Mark of The Ninja, Nihilumbra, Papers, Please, The Swapper, Tetrobot and Co...

Not enough time for all these great games.
