Hello SG members !!! (^_^)/

I sent 2 emails to indiegala support emails some days ago because I paid for a bundle and did not received it yet... I mean I can't see it on my profile and can't get the keys for which I paid...

What should I do in this case ? does anyone encountered this problem ?

Never had this kind of problem, but their support is sometimes slow. And they don't work on weekends, if you sent your ticket on Friday that's why it's taking so long.

I sent one on : support@indiegala.com ( customer support only )
and another on : contact@indiegala.com ( anything else, INCLUDING customer support )

did not knew if my problem was customer support problem or not so I sent one to the "contact@indiegala.co" too ...

yeah and there is the problem you dont think about the way to solve a problem you only think about you. The problem is 500 others think exactlly like you and make the problem bigger then it is.

No need to be afraid if you were already charged for the bundle. It should be yours already, just email them a screenshot with the Paypal receipt and you should be fine.

I paid with card. the only proof I have is on the official website of the bank I have the card registered on... or even an account extras if I go to the bank.

When this happened to me, I not only never got the bundle (which they overcharged for, even!) but they also deleted my account

So first things first, back up any purchased keys you have off-site, to be safe.

And then pray for a positive response, because their support is sometimes mind-bogglingly horrible. :X

did the money was taken from you? maybe payment failed? did you check your email for indiegala purchase email? did you check spam?

the money was taken from me, payment was succesfull , if the payment had failed I just needed to try again later and didnt send emails to them... I just want the keys before the bundle ends... because the bundle is sooooo great ! name of bundle : hump day bundle

I had an issue with a key saying that it was "not available". I emailed them once and they never got back to me. It was a giveaway game so I didn't bother with it for a while, but then I emailed them a few months later saying it still had the same issue and they got back to me right away and fixed it. I honestly think you just have to get lucky with the response... I would think they'd be a little more attentive since this was games you actually bought, though.

Be patient, when I had a problem (they didn't like me using a VPN), it took indiegala support about a week to get it fixed.

I think I used vpn too... I bought about 4 bundles in maximum 5 minutes

Did you buy more than one bundle of the same? Because in this case unless you check the "Yes, this is a gift" box, the payment goes through and the bundle gets lost. It must be recovered by their support by converting them to gift copies.
Anyway, just wait. It may take a week for them to respond; they got quite popular, so a lot of users to work with. At least it is still not as bad as Steam support. (Plus IG support does solve problems… eventually. :))
