If you mean games you won from steamgifts then no you can't

Won gifts must be activated on the Steam account used during registration, and they cannot be regifted, traded, sold, or removed from your Steam account after activation.
If its a giveaway you won from Steamgifts, it must be activated on the account won. As Oppenh4imer has stated, you should read the FAQ and guidelines as it will answer the questions you are asking.

I am guessing, it's your first time in steamgifts, you see a giveaway of a developer of 100,and you enter, because, hey. Maybe.
That was kind of me, before 8935 games hidden

Just to let you know: not having registered on your Steam account the game you won here will cause you a suspension (at least).

Yeah, I can't really think of a way to be more rude on this website than making a GA for the game you won on here D:

Dumb Question: if you have an unactivated win and already take the suspension, will you get suspended again if you don't buy it? Like I understand giveaway hosts can ask for a reroll if they see you have unactivated wins, but if they report it while asking for a reroll, will you get suspended again?
I obviously activate all my wins (although the DLC I won shows as inactivated on sgtools bc of the API or w/e), but I am just curious.

Nope.

Got it. Ty. Obviously, I won't do it anyway, but I was just curious.

Yeah, I asked some experts on this matter just to be sure and they said no as well.

But though you'll be in the clear w/r/t support, you would be unable to enter a lot of GAs behind sgtools gates. That's because many users who do place their GAs behind a sgtools gate set a rule to exclude users with a non-activatioed win on their profile. That a user might have served a suspension for that doesn't matter only if a unactivated win shows up.

Please don't :(
EDIT
whoops almost forgot to do something

Step 1: Create giveaway with won key.
Step 2: Ask if it's fine.
Step 3: Learn the hard way.
Step 4: Profit!

As the old saying goes, "It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permis- did I just get suspended?"

But why? It's not like he's being a jerk or has broken the rules intentionally, so far his only sin was a certain degree of silliness and inattentiveness. I mean, he didn't bother to read the rules and asked his question only after the act (and was rightfully suspended as a result), sure, but that doesn't qualify for a BL in my book. As far as entering everything he sees is concerned, let's be fair, most of us did the same during our baby steps on SG.

Lol, all it took was one response to delete the comment.

I don’t remember exactly but something along the lines of "just blacklist this guy, you don’t want him winning your giveaways and choosing whether he likes the games or not after"

Hi arrochageral. That's a good question, as different giveaway sites have different rules and etiquettes.
Here at SteamGifts the rule is that if you win a giveaway and accept the prize then you must activate it on your own Steam account (the same one you use to log into this site) or risk a suspension.
If you see that you won a game but you don't actually want it then you can leave a note in the giveaway comments asking the giver to reroll the winner. It's a simple process as long as you didn't reveal the key.
I see you already regifted a win and got suspended over it. Sorry about that, but you'll be back in a few days so just take it as a learning experience and always redeem your wins on your Steam account. Ideally enter for games you actually want to play.

I like people who think Help>FAQ section on any site is for losers only. Barely you can find an answer for a common question there
