So I gave away Dota 2 and the winneralready has it should I contact the winner or I just have to request a new winner?

Is it me? Id like to know because Ive entered 300 DOTA Giveaways and have not once won.
I did the survey. But I never received any kind of code. I can spectate but that's All I can do. I can't play. That is why I'm trying to win one.
