cache?1st time hearing about.

No point for support, i give them message 1 week ago or smth still haven't replied

Right click on the game, go to properties, local files and verify cache from there. If anything is wrong with the files they'll redownload otherwise contact Codemasters Support(Steam support doesn't handle 3rd party games anyway)
