i cant see steam market or my inventori or someone else steam profile page

my games work fine and i can talk to my friends but i cant use community or inv..... only i get
Error Code: -118

Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not be connected to the internet
other people do not share the problem as I heard pls help

u cant even use steam support -.-

Yeah, Steam is kinda down right now... They got DDoS'd.

im having same problem, Cant even redeem a gift that i won here today because of it. Must be because of the DDOS news that steams being hit with but i have no idea. I hope this gets sorted soon.

My hypothesis is that Valve blocked/re-routed a huge number of IP address that were actively trying to activate the site during the peak of the DDoS. Mine included. Hopefully temporary.

For example, I can't access anything Community on my PC/tablet, but I can on my phone with the 4G connection. Switch phone to home wifi = can't access anymore.

my pc was off the whole day and the ddos happened that time. but I still can't open steam community until now.
