Hi Steamgifts community,

I was wondering if you could guide me in how i should proceed.

The thing is i won a giveaway and received the e-mail, but when i try to reddem the prize it is telling me "This gift has already been redeemed".

So i was wondering how should i proceed, should i contact the person who sent me the gift or should i contact steamgifts support so they can reach that person? Or other step?

Whenever I have that issue I contact the person who created the giveaway and we sort it out.

Hey. Wait a little, sometimes steam bugs out and that issue happens, but it will eventually work :)

Restart your computer and try again. If it doesn't work, contact the giveaway creator.

Just in case, if you haven't already done so, I would check your game list and see if the game's been added to your library anyway.

Tried restarting Steam and my pc, also i checked if it was in my library and no luck.

I will try restarting my router and keep trying in different times to see if it works, meanwhile i´ll wait for a response from the creator of the giveaway.
