It has already been on sale on GMG and nuuvem few days ago, so I'd say you won't likely find it cheaper. However it's just a guess.

Just leaving this information here which may or may not be relevant to you. The "Elder Scrolls Anthology" (Amazon sells this) was $15.00 during Black Friday. If this is a deal you would rather wait for, I suggest doing so.
