In what world is Witcher 3 32$ on GOG? Its 45.29 euros here and GOG keeps its prices fair. To be honest as a student it'd still be too much for me right now, but that price is plain wrong.

Well I used to pirate pretty much every game before trading, steam sales and bundles.
I just can't afford to pay 60€ for game. ~20€ is affordable. (My current money situation is better thought compared to when I ordered because I actually had a temporary part-time job for some time).

I'm really hyped about it, and i'd probably be even more hyped if i had the time to play through Witcher 2 again and if i managed to find a cheap Gog copy.

I have 8 days to finish Witcher 2 ( Just started Act 3 ). I wonder if i can finish it before release of Witcher 3, knowing what completionist i am ( i just can't move on without completing all quests :D ).

It will depend on some of your previous choices. You may not be able to do every quest in chapter 3.
