Yup, non-steam game...

Sorry, I didn't realize I didn't answer the question, directly. Not my intention. Kind of went for a teach to fish moment, then left you hanging on a real answer. It isn't, as leomoty pointed out.

The game should continue to go on sale, cheap. they just had a new release, which pushed out a ton of sales. I got it as part of The Heroes Pack on Steam for $4.99. The game itself was $2.49. I know the prices aren't the same, everywhere. I don't see any other Steam versions out there, so maybe just wait for the next Steam sale for your regional store or look around for cheap for trade versions of the games. There might be other stores that have the Steam version, though.
