So many pieces to find and I don't like jigsaws...

I have the pieces (well, 24) but where to put them is what's confusing me, lol. Night!

Oh ok. See the first picture in my opening post, the one with all the white pieces? You have to compare the pictures you found to those pieces to figure out what it says. The yellow piece that is also in the opening post is an N and goes somewhere in the 3rd row for instance.
All pieces separate have a flat top and left side, but combined with other pieces they get openings and extrusions at the top and left side.

Ooooh, the flat parts were the cause of the confusion for me. Thanks!

Found all the pieces, thanks for the help! But now that I got to the part of putting the pieces together, I'm making something very, very odd that there's no way I'm doing it right, and I just can't understand how to keep going. Would there be a problem if I added you to show what I "sorted out" up until now? I really don't know how to proceed. :(

Seems cool and all, but i have no idea were i would even start solving this.

I have problems with letter K.
Never seen that before, any hints to what's that?
Thank you! :)
Edit: Never mind, found it! :)

Hehe, nice one! Learned something nice for my collection of puzzle solving stuff!
I'll get to it tomorrow, I needed to spend my points, and spend them all, lol.
Thanks for the puzzle, pal! Been great so far! :)

No idea what to do in the Kivi giveaway.
Or the picture of Holland
Or the ones with drawings of trees. Maybe it's because I'm colorblind or a dumbass... LOL
In the end I seem to be missing J, W, X, but I got it by bruteforcing the possible combinations.

Good job forcing it then :)
The Kivi code can be found in Zelghs Guide
Not sure what you mean by Holland and Trees, those might be leftovers from an older puzzle. Doesn't matter now, you did it :)
edit: Yes, the tree is a leftover from an older puzzle, what you are looking for is invisible :D

Holland one is this:

It's in the what/who/when
My bad, the clues from the old puzzle kept me from looking for invisible code.
Great puzzle/hunt

ENDED :)

One game didn't get enough entries, 3$ in CV gone forever, awww :P
Welcome to the Puzzalphabet!
Yeah, that name does sound a bit weird, but it'll have to do.
So anyway...
I have had all kinds of occasions come and go for which I could have started a celebration thread. My birthday, Christmas (which is not my birthday, no really), New Years, Level 6, Cake Day, Valentines, Level 6 (yes, again), 1000 games on Steam...the list goes on and on.
Fact is, I'm lazy (and greedy, but that is culturally determined, I'm powerless about it!) so it has taken me all this time to get my ass into gear.
So what's up? What do you do?
Your mission, should you choose to accept it is 'simple'.
I have encoded a message that gives you the directions to a running train. To be able to decode the message you need to find puzzle pieces that I have hidden all over the place. Most of them are in old public GAs by me, easy, too easy, so I have placed them behind an extra security measure like a cipher, an ITH or a few other fairly simple ways of hiding stuff. A few pieces are not in old GAs, but shouldn't be too difficult to find, it's about fun for everyone, not just the puzzle addicts :P
The pieces all have a different color, but the color is not important, it's all about the shapes. I have included a piece at the bottom of this post so you know what to look for.
All the locations have the word Puzzalphabet! at the top, so should you find some weird looking piece that doesn't have that word near it then it's probably from an older puzzle and you can ignore it.
