Surgery was rescheduled by surgeon until 19th March. I have a few extra days to think it over. Apparently, I have to be off the medication for a week before they do the surgery. :/ This will be fun.

Oh God, I know what it was like when I accidentally ran out of one of the meds before over a weekend. Had none on Friday, or Saturday, on Sunday I was in so much pain, I was literally crying. Got the meds on Monday, but took 4 days to get the pain under control again. I actually function relatively fine on the meds where the pain is there but not quite so bad. This week is going to be mega difficult, but... I guess it's like a sprint on the final stretch of a run lol. Got to think positively. =)

It's a large prolapse in my l4/l5 disc. It's resulting from a very old injury that I didn't get checked out when I was like 21 or 22.

So, on Thursday, I will have surgery on my back. I have been suffering with this thing since March 2017, and out of work since Sept same year. I was on a waiting list since September '17 and decided to go private by getting out a loan since I'd likely have to wait another year on the public. Nope, I didn't have insurance.
If you pray, say a prayer that all will go well and the surgery will be successful, so I can go back to work. :)
EDIT: It got rescheduled to Tuesday 19th March.
