Tactical RPG Recommendation

I'm searching for RPG games like Dragon Age: Origins which i can pause and think about tactics. What are your recommendations?

although i do have to agree that ToEE is a great one most of the D&D based ones would be a good choice for these tho i would look on GOG.com, so games like neverwinter nights 1/2 icewind dale 1/2 planescape: torment baldur's gate games.
the list dose go on but i would start with those (partly as these are my favs and i have completed a few times on each in single and multiplayer (well for the ones that have multiplay any way)

You can try older Bioware games: Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
I also suggest Drakensang - I liked battles in it much more than in Dragon's Age.

Fallout 1+2+tactics, Gorky 17, Temple of elemental evil, Expeditions: conquistador, Banner saga and some others i guess :)

Also BALDUR'S GATE 1 & 2 on Steam :D
Divinity : Original Sin ( also get Divine Divinity,Beyond Divinity ,i can help you get very cheap half of duo pack if you want , also Divinity II : Developer's Cut which was previously named The Dragon Knight Saga and known as ego draconis i think forgot the exact spelling of it ,also i think Divinity Dragon Commander sucks at least from what i saw in trailer,dragons with thrusters/jetpacks pff this aint Transformers 4 movie xD )
