nope you can't sell gifts u won, and as i know you will be banned if not activate gift u won in 7 days (coz steam gifts sync with your steam account and check games u have)

Or to be more specific this one: "You must redeem the game on the account you entered with, and may not trade it to others." It's the last one under "Giveaways"... how could you miss THAT?
