Adding it to your library does help with the holiday box giveaway event, though. Simply hiding it here, doesn't help you with that.

My main aim was more to poke at the use of "just" and "to see", which combined together to form a weirdly specific declaration (ie, where the other benefits of having it in your library were not being considered, just the effect that could have been done through hiding alone), rather than having the aim to emphasize the fact that it could have been hidden all along. As in, more of a teasing statement of "Surely that couldn't have been the only reason you did it".

tbh morbid curiosity kept me watching, but this option tipped the scale. Now I'll never know if it becomes the new Bad Rats all by the hand of its own developer. That's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
Because apparently you care: I usually don't hide games that aren't obvious shovelware, because who knows how I might feel later. Instead I end up hiding individual giveaways unless I have leftover points. I like a clean view in ESGST.

You need to open a support ticket for it I think... there were occasions where an unreleased game was given away, like CJComplex's monthly in a month with a GA for Ghost of Tsushima

Thanks got this for free and it's genuinely a fun little game, not sure I'd have paid full price for it but if it had been a dollar or so it's nice
