Can't get format for Q9 :c

The puzzle is not bad, but you must think that, in those questions with multiple answers, put the most known one. I know what the answer for Q9 is, it was easy to Google, but the format isn't well done, as I had to try 11 variations of the same word/s until I got it well.

The link doesn't work for me (and my friend, I asked him to check it). :X Is this a part of the puzzle? I tried other itstoohard puzzles and they are fine... if a key is invalid, it says "Quiz or key not found!", so what the f...?

Edit: Generally, the site is slow as hell. Well, I'll guess I'll (try to) solve it later...
