I like to giveaway games at lvl 0, but then I blacklist people who have given away 0 games and won lots.

one thing you can do is create multiple giveaways and see how many people leave the exact same comment on each giveaway. A lot of the automated tools (Chrome plugins and bots) will allow people to automatically leave a comment. If you get the same comment multiple times from the same person, that's probably a bot. I also put in the description of my giveaways that I don't want people to say Thank You and instead post anything else. Most bots are programmed to say thanks, so that's more ways to find people using automated tools.

as for people getting lucky, I have no problems with people winning a ton of games. I only want to give games away to people who are also giving away games. Anyone who gives away 1 game or less is clearly just here for free stuff.
