Happy Ramadan!
I was confused a few times that Ramadan seemed to be "randomly placed" in the year, but I never really looked it up. But now!
"The Islamic year is 10 to 11 days shorter than the solar year and contains no intercalation, Ramadan migrates throughout the seasons"
So it's 10-11 days earlier compared to the Gregorian calendar, year by year. It's crazy that during the 8 years I spent here it moved almost 3 months earlier by my calendar, it explains why I was reading complains in some years about Ramandan being super hot in some years.
(Btw silly question - having a shorter calendar year than the actual time is that it takes for the Earth to revolve around the Sun.. does that mean that seasons "wander" through the calendar, right? Isn't it weird that in one month it's summer, then 18 years later it's winter in the same month?)

yeah islamic contries do have a lunar culundare to so the month of ramadan isnt fix , like in 2030 ramadan will be half in 2029 and half in 2030 :D , like in 2013 ramadan was in summer and now in 2022 its in spring ;)
