If I will do a giveaway of this game, will I get contributor value?

If it's on the bundle list, it's like other bundle games. With bundle games you can reach 30 $ contributor value max. Seeing you have 30 already you won't get more with it.

so if I have now 30$ contributor value from bundle games, and I will do a giveaway on that game, I will get 15$ contributor value more?

An asterisk next to a game title on the Create a Giveaway list indicates that the game is included in the bundle list and thus you might not receive full contribution value for it.
