as in game, i know there is already an app.
There are some games that is already for mobile devices so i don't think it's a far shot.

Games already exist on almost every modern platform. Valve isn't going to pump money into what already exists via GPlay or the App Store. The Steam app is good for communication and buying stuff. Not sure what else you can put in a Steam app.

A feature to browse the hubs would be great.

Now THIS makes sense, but games themselves, that's unnecessary

Don't get me wrong, I would love to see expansion on the app. I just don't see what putting games onto it would yield. Google Play already takes care of my games and reviews, why another middleman?

Let me download the Android versions of games I have in my Steam library?

In other words - Make the Humble Bundle App useless.

idk, I like google play, they have a bunch of visual novels/japanese games that aren't on steam because of their lame policy (if you know what I mean). But if steam will have exclusive android titles, I "might" get those too

Cross-play would be nuts, you know, stuff like Capsized or Anomaly: Warzone Earth.

I would love Steam based mobile gaming, instead of that crappy Game Center garbage on my iPhone

To be able to access your steam library from your phone and play the smaller indie games would be nice feature I guess but it would first be in the hands of the developers to make an ios/android port (i know some exist) before steam even considers doing anything like this.

in summary would be nice yet not necessary and cant really see it happening :/

Something (expensive to develop) to made user not buy the game twice? Sure all parts are interested on creating such thing for tomorrow!

I think so. Steam is expanding onto Linux and I think they will eventually have mobile/tablet support too. They already have the app and will likely continue building it iteratively. It will be great to buy a game once and play it either on my Kindle or PC.

Not sure about how the Play Store works, but I don't think Valve will be too happy to give a cut to Apple if they're gonna sell apps (games) for the platform itself, through an app (Steam.)

Maybe they will for mobile Ubuntu.

I don't think so, since each mobile platforms is dominated by its owner. I.E: Apple App Store for iOS user, Google Play for Android, etc. So Steam doesn't stand a chance against them

Probably. Hopefully they'll be able to do something about the pretty sad state of mobile gaming. From a game design perspective most mobile games fail. I honestly think this largely has to do with your input and output sharing the same space and I'm not sure if it's something that can be adequately worked around.

There are a lot of games that exist on Android but which own only on Steam. Being able to play those on my Android device would be great.

There are also games I own for Android and on Steam. Being able to share game progress via Steam Cloud and being able to earn Steam achievements on Android would be really great.
