If you buy the Franchise Edition, it forces that DLC on you.

No, There is no Official way to turn off the Bloodsucker DLC yet. You can probably find a mod though.

The only thing I can think of is asking Steam's support for removing the DLC from your account, worked for some people who wanted to delete games they didn't like, maybe it works with DLCs too. Nothing other than that that comes to my mind, sorry.

Hey guys,
Are there any way to disable cheats in this DLC? I have just buy it and have received cash and respect bonus that I don't want. I have seen the bonus at the telephone (Tab menu), but I can't disable it.
