I don't think that's Twitter, but it definitely looks like somebody didn't want Japan messing up the American plan for a war with Iran by communicating their position that Iran probably didn't attack their ship (since Japan's Prime Minister was in Iran on a diplomatic mission at the time and the crew's eyewitness accounts contradicted the American story).

That might be a slightly sensational summary of events but basically yes. I had a twitter account mostly for posting some drawings and following a few people. I posted a drawing of Trump, woke up to over 5,000 notifications and people attempting to 'dox' me and so forth. To be fair it wasn't one-sided and a possibly the majority of commenters were defending me but with people attacking me through Facebook that I mostly just use for family I simply deleted the Twitter along with various other things.
