So, for the final puzzle. (I'ts allowed to discuss this here. group puzzle)

I guess it has something to do with the contributor values. But I cannot figure out what
things I noticed:

• Most values have a number that appears twice. Not all.
  Using the doubles for letters results in BIIA???TNS?SLO (aka, probably gibberish)
  Using the leftovers for letters results in RTTA???F*?COL (where means the number is too high)
• All cent values are higher than the full dollar values.
  not sure what to do with this as subtraction results in too high numbers for most games

I got the puzzle now, so it works like this:

• The first number in the contribution amount shows the place of the letter.
• The second number in the contribution amount points to the word in the game's name.
• The third and final number in the contribution amount points to a letter in the word.

For example SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition has $1.14 contribution, so it gives the first letter for the answer and the letter is the 4th letter in the first word, which is C.
