So I was tidying up my wishlist the other day and I couldn't help but notice (thank you, Enhanced Steam) how much it would cost to purchase everything.

Also, I'm a sucker for the WOULD YOU DO ITTT??? kind of questions so here's one:

If you could trade in your current library (both finished and unfinished games) and receive for free every single item of your current wishlist... Would you do it?

I probably wouldn't for several reasons. The first one is that I love my relatively little library; the second is that if I got every single game of my wishlist at once I would probably feel... Empty? You know what I mean? I like to save money to buy the games I want and I like to discover giveaways from my wishlist and hope I'm gonna win. And when it happens it just feels awesome!
Also I would feel lost because of too much backlog, hehe.

Lots of people are not finding the train ;_; I swear it's here! You just need to holy guacamole look better!

Either way I would probably never play any of them, but probably not, It's less expensive to buy my wishlist than to replace my library.

Nope, not one bit XD My current wishlist is half games I want, half bundle stuff I put n there to track down later.

My wishlist is more a list of things to check out and confirm rather than a shopping list. So yeah, I'd keep the awesome I have instead of the loads and loads of probably nothing in my list.

My wishlist is basically a short term list of potential acquisitions, not a comprehensive list of everything I want. So no, I would not trade.

VIVA Bump!

And No, I wouldn't.
My WL is quite short, so wouldn't be a wise idea to replace my huge backlog for it :P

Same reason. Even if I got all the games in my wishlist at once, it wouldn't beat the joy of getting all of them one at a time.

Nope. I like my games. Getting all my wishlist games at once, would take the fun out of collecting them all one at a time. And plus, I'd just have a huge, albeit glorious, backlog which would sadden me every time I'd look at it.

I wouldn't. I have many more games in my library that I haven't played than those in my wishlist.

I would not, I've always been happy with what I have, so I don't feel the need to want more.

Maybe if I expanded my wishlist and put a bunch of games that aren't available for presale but are likely to be made, like The Elder Scrolls VI.

I might, but I'll have to think about it (according to Enhanced Steam my wishlist is: $24,439.55)

I keep my wishlist at 42 at all times so no way I'd trade my library in for that and have to figure out which 42 to put up next....

Nope. My wishlist has 31 games, my library has 461. And I don't want to brag but my library contains most of the best games I could ever want.

ALSO IT NOW CONTAINS JUST CAUSE 3 I DON'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE IN MY LIFE

Nope as my wishlist is a mix of stuff I might be intersted in and stuff I do want (usually the top 20 or so)
