If you did the Prime trial and the Audible trial and only received e mails about that and not about the 10 dollar bonus and if it says "The Prime 3-month offer is available to new customers, but it looks like you've already given Audible a try. If you think we've made a mistake, please contact us. Learn about membership" on the Amazon site, then just send em an e-mail and you'll get the e-mail and the 10 dollar bonus, but remember to cancel the Audible trial AGAIN if you already have cancelled it, cause they activate it again when sending the e-mail about the 10 dollar bonus, worked for me.

Make sure you have $2 on your card. Go to Payment Options either on Amazon or Audible, delete your card, then readd it again. Worked for me.

If you got a "Your $10 Amazon Credit is Ready to Use" email, you have the credit. If not, you do not.
You would have to pay $0.83 obviously on top of the credit.

I received it immediately. You have to go to your Amazon library, and then on the top right side you'll find a download link for "Amazon installer". You need to install that, and that software is the one that'll give you the Steam key. After you get the Steam key you can uninstall the Amazon downloaded and activate and download the game from Steam instead :)
