after ubisoft fuck-up events I doubt I'd want to try out AC Unity

what are you talking about? there is no assassins creed after revelation. ubisoft is now just releasing random adventure games

Well, black flag you played as a pirate pretty much the whole way through. He wasn't exactly an assassin.

I mean he didn't really have anything to do with the assassins till the end. Yes, it may have played like an AC game but it was more about a pirate than an assassin.

Actually Assassin's Creed III was that can be considered "story end", not gonna tell any spoilers, after they just could invent anything, even if AC IV was good, but the story just ended with that normal guy we had.
But maybe the AC "spirit" just ended in Revelations, with that I can agree.

But it was sooooooooooo repetitive - well, the side missions were. AC2 was better IMHO.

imo AC 2 and Brotherhood are the best, they had tons of secrets, not just items to collect like in latest AC games but secret chambers, very difficult puzzles, etc. nowadays all the secrets you have in AC games are just hundreds of items around all the map, which give you same things.

Are they gonna give you a free GTX680 or a HD7970 free too :-P

+1, I have a shitty HD6850 and I can play everything on high without a problem.I even played AC IV with ultra settings on a stable 45 fps, Ubi$oft is full of lies ...

Yep, it's the new trend in gaming market.CoD Ghosts did it, they failed hard but they tried. Now Ubi$oft tries it, I hope they fail too.
If I had a chance I'd shut EA,Ubi$oft and Activision down for good.God damn market murderers ...

Not really a new trend. Those specs have hardly ever met reality. They were mostly ridiculously low at the minimum so people who wouldn't be able to run the game would buy it and then upgrade. Now it's just the same from a different direction.
