This feature is coming in SGv2, and even there, you'll have to click the text to view the image.

I'd like to spice my giveaways with some fancy image headers (and definitely not backgrounds, since that does not work with markdown).
For example (a placeholder):

Just a note for a users:
The proper way to make an image in markdown is to put an exclamation mark before a link.
The [] serves as the hover-over text, and the () serves as the image link.
Is there any reason as to why images were disabled?
