War of the Roses: Kingmaker

Hi there. I am pretty new on steamgifts and i only put up a few group giveaways.

Recently i put up the DLC of War of the Roses in a giveaway. The problem with this item is that people that already got the product can enter the giveaway unknowingly. At the moment all of the people including the winner is already in possession of the product and i even if i wanted to reroll i couldn't. People from another giveaway don't have the item, but they can't join anymore cause the giveaway has ended.

So what would be the best to do at the moment?

I think you must agree with the winner to delete the giveaway. Open a support ticket.
