Their assets (the finished games) will certainly be sold at bankruptcy auction and whoever buys them will no doubt put them up for sale again. Might have to wait a few months but they will be back on sale.

The Creators of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman's Skybound Entertainment bought the rights. He is probably sorting out the Final series before doing anything else. No worries, its in safe hands. :)

A misunderstanding, what I meant was that the rights to the games won't be sold off like Telltale's other properties as that has already happened. The games will be sold at retail which is what you're referring too.

TLDR; The Walking Dead games are available on WinGameStore, with the exception of The Final Season which is going to be sold exclusively on the Epic Game Store (we'll see how long that lasts)
If you really want a Steam key for The Final Season, you'll have to look towards gray markets. While you are there you can also find some cheap keys for almost all Telltale games because of all the bundles they ran. Trading is also a viable option for the common ones if you are willing to put in the effort, but I doubt you'll find a fair trade for TWD S3 Steam key

Dang i read the topic before and I forgot its Walking Dead, the collection still uses The Walking Dead in the banner so I was confused.
