the same user can not create the same giveaway for 2 consecutive months
example:
September: User Skull18 create DOOM
October: User Skull18 can not create another DOOM, but user WIntermute75 can create DOOM
November: Skull18 can create again DOOM

We love indie games! But for this specific group 20 points games are required :-)

but you maybe should consider making the point minimum 10 - first of all there are a lot of really nice games that are only 10 or 15 points worth and having only 20 and up is sometimes hard on people - you know, money wise.
