Bioshock Triple Pack

Asked in two different places, but couldn't get direct answers, so I'm asking now in the right place(got the idea that who could be better informed about region locks than you?)

"Hey, I have no idea of such things, that's why I need to ask.
I have never bought a game in Russia and purchuased keys for it. (steamtrades.com)
I want to buy Bioshock Triple Pack (my friend will buy it for me and I will give him cs go keys), but in Bioshock Infinite there is written that it's region locked, can be played only in Russia and nearby. When I buy triple pack it still will have that region locked thing, or it doesn't concern bioshock infinite when bought in triple pack?"

as russian, i cant even buy that tripple pack as a gift. so no clue here) steam says i cant gift it in my region

hey :D you can't gift it in russia. but even if you manage to do that, you won't be able to play infinite.
