Solved. I thought I won't get the second question but then I realized that I was looking at this the wrong way. Different use of words was a bit misleading :D

Found a band name that fits perfectly with #2, but it's wrong. :(

Got 1 instantly but 3 was tricky until I realised you are probably American. Number 2 took me a while until I looked through my music library and realised I was an idiot.
