If it is from a Humble bundle (or any bundle) you are not allowed to make a giveaway. You can however give it away in the forum.

Then it's okay. You might want to mention where you got the key from (or at least that it's not from a bundle) on the giveaway page. Some people are quick to "report" giveaways without even checking it it's legit or not.
