Could you people help me out for just a second...?

A while ago, my clan disbanded cause there were tensions between members cause they had multiple clans they fought for etc.

now one of the previous members reused our name while he didn't ask any of us and we still have the group page on the Paradox forums (the game they are affiliated with is War of the Roses : Kingmaker) and well.

I ask of people if they could report them since I've talked to them, and they refuse to change their name and tag simply because we aren't a part of them or play with them.

and as proof, the page that we have on the paradox forums still held by my and one of the other previous founders

they are kind of impersonating our group...

I don't quite get it. But usually, if a clan is disbanded in a game, anyone can make a clan with that name, and nothing can be done about that.

Can't see the paradox forum without an account.

in a way, we still exist. we still hold the name and clan. we just don't have the steam group anymore since we didn't think we needed it public anymore. The guy who restarted the clan is one of the guys who made the clan disband in the first place...

I may be wrong, but it sounds like you guys are S.O.L. Once you give up the group, other people have the right to remake it. I know it sucks for you guys, but you're the ones who gave it up.

On the bright side, anyone who joins that Steam group will bump into you guys in-game and will be curious to find out why you guys have the name. Not only will that cause trouble for the guy who was being a jerk, it will also steer potential recruits to your clan.

I've had a similar problem once... All I can say is... it sucks, but you can't do anything about it.
