It seems like my Internet connection is going veeeery slow. It isn't a problem of the router (I use wi-fi) because I'm receiving a normal connection in that aspect.

But, this isn't the first time that this has happened to me, the previous time the solution was to untick the "Internet protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and then everything went back to normal.

Now, I haven't touched anything, I don't have any kind of virus, that protocol option is still unticked, I have rebooted my router and still my Internet is going slow, do you have any solution for me?

Call your ISP and see if it's a problem on their end. If the problem persists then you might need a tech to come out and run tests on your line.

The thing is that it really works, my phone is connected to the wi-fi and works as well as the PC that is connected to the modem, what doesn't work as it should is my router.

Consider changing your router.
Also, are there any strange entries on the router's activity log?

It's also worth checking your installed programs list for a "Pando Media Booster", which was once silently packaged with certain game installers to help downloading patches, but acts as a torrent client in the background of your machine, stealing some of your bandwidth to upload completed patches to other players. It used to sneak in when installing games like League of Legends, All Points Bulletin and a few others.

Will check that, but I don't play any of those games.

Yesterday I experienced low speed connection and was surprised to learn that my WiFi adapter was loosely attached into its USB extension cord. As soon as I fixed its position, my connection speed returned to normal. So, try checking all your connection points first. Maybe some cable is half-way attached.

What Uroboros said. If nothing else helps, try a different router. If the problem still persists, it's probably the ISP. My own Internet has been disconnecting many times per day for awhile now.

But the problem is with the router, not the Internet itself, in the other PC I have the modem and it works.

Just in case anyone wanted to know what happened: I uninstalled my antivirus, Avast!, and everything went back to normal.

Aha, so it was choking your internet traffic.
Glad you managed to work out what was the problem.

As a random aside, I would suggest purchasing an antivirus like Nod32, or googling around for the best antivirus software for you. There are a few like Avast! and Norton that have weird drawbacks like this.
