You are not going to win it anyways.

There was a freeplay weekend promo, everyone has it until we remove it. Sync your account again (unless the game is still for free play for a few days)

you have to resync your account, because you sync it when Arma 3 was free and SG think that you have it.

ArmA III was on a free weekend not so long ago. Just try to re-sync your Steam account at steamgifts.com
