When you highlight them in your inventory it should say sell, you press that, see what price it has been selling at, and sell it for that price

In inventory, click on card. On right should be button "sell" (or whatever in your language is). There you enter how many you want for it and, tada, it's now on market. Now you only hope someone will buy it.

Just get a debit card, works in the internet and it is available for underage people too (althought you have it under the name of your parents, note this doesn't change anything and you can purchase anything in seconds)
