Is this a "hidden" code?
Bump!
Good puzzle, although I still can't work out what the second part of the second image is, even knowing the answer.
Some good games, too. Especially the last one. A shame I already have it, too.
Thank you very much for the puzzle and the train! :)

Spent a couple hours trying different stuff this morning with no luck. Looks like I just needed some fresh eyes :P
Bump/Solved ^_^

I'm just missing the 5th one :( Guess I'm not seeing the right connection in that one

I still don't have a clue about this. Have a bump.

Umm, I don't know what number 2 is. I mean I'm trying to figure it out, I've taken probably 100 guesses at it, but I have no idea lol... Number 3 is stumping me and I haven't really even attempted number 4 because of it. So I got 1 and 5 and I think I'm going to bed... Frustrated, time to have nightmares about number 2-4...
EDIT: Le bump

Yep it was just sleep deprivation that caused all of my issues. Come back on feeling fresh and rejuvenated and solved in 2min. Here's a bump for you! I'd attempt your other puzzle but I don't know television that well unless it's cartoons, though I like your style of puzzles, do you mind if I steal it when I make my own private giveaways?

depends on what you steal ;) (as long as you make up your own images it's fine - it's not like I came up with the concept)
the other puzzle really only has one Q where tv knowledge would matter (+ one where it would help), and google can easily solve it for you ;) (maybe with some help from wikipedia)

Yeah just the concept I'd create my own puzzles. I'll dig into the other puzzle later tonight when my cheat engine (girlfriend) gets home.

I'm totally stuck on 5, but all the rest I got straight away.
The fact that I absolutely hate musicals is probably a significant handicap. My only memory of Grease is running screaming from the room every time someone inevitably puts on the megamix thereof at an amateur theatre afterparty. Oh, the pain. The misery. The singalongs.
shudder

I'm still working on that big group puzzle I sort of promised ages ago (it's a lot more time consuming than I anticipated ... and the ideas for extra-stuff keep coming...and slowing me down), but in the mean time I've been collecting games to give away. By now I've got way more than I would need for that event, so I thought I'd make a little puzzle.
Currently it leads to a train with
89 games, onetwo of them unbundled, but depending on the number of solvers, I might add more (more solvers = more games). The puzzle is a say what you see/sounds like ??? type of puzzle, not that hard I think, so to increase the level of difficulty a bit I'll leave the category a mystery ;)Puzzle: Yes.
Prizes: Check. 7 bundled, 2 unbundled
Level: One+. the unbundled ones are 2+, sorry
Ends: 17. Oct. 6 pm UTC+2 I think? I don't know, 6 pm in Germany
Hints: Maybe. I don't think you'll need any.
Please don't spoil the puzzle by sharing hints or solutions, that will just result in
everyone hating youme deleting all the GAs.Here are the solutions, as spoilers in case you haven't solved it yet and want to have a try for fun ^^
The category for all five images was countries.
1. Germ + [ə] + knee = Germany
2. tile + end = Thailand
3. Jaw
s+ pen = Japan4. Ken + Yeah
, baby, yeah= Kenya5. Grease = Greece
After solving the puzzle, you got a link with an incomplete code and the mention of the first number of the code missing. This first number was the number "1", as subtlely hinted at by the "!!!!1!!!one!!" So you just had to add a "1" to the beginning of the GA code ;)
And no, there was no code hidden anywhere.
