Still haven't won a giveaway

You know, you can actually figure out how likely it is that you'd win something pretty precisely. (For a while I did it with a spread sheet. It's not hard to do.) I almost guarantee the odds of you winning are lower than you think.

For example, let's say the 495 give aways you've entered so far were entered by 1000 people each. That would put your odds of winning something at only ~0.39, that's less than a 50/50 chance. By the numbers it's more likely than not that you WOULDN'T have won so far. And that's just ballpark numbers--popular games often get more than 1000 entries.

And one day you'll win two giveaways for the same game in 20 minutes. That's how randomness works.

Do, or do not. There is not try. You have an equal chance of winning, along with everyone else in that GA. 1000 people means that you have to enter over 500 times to even be considered slightly unlucky, just one side of a coin flip. Brush up on your basic statistics brah.
